On this date in 1933, Dr. J. Gresham Machen and other church leaders met at the Drake Hotel in downtown Philadelphia for the organizational meeting of the Independent Board for Presbyterian Foreign Missions. Praise God for their determination to proclaim an uncompromised Gospel to a lost world.
