Nigeria’s presidential election is the 25th, and it is stirring up religious controversy in the country. In late December militant Islamists attacked two Christian communities as the president visited the area. Twelve Christians were killed, twenty-three houses burned and crops destroyed. The attack is a warning for Christians not to vote in 2023.
