Greetings in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ,
They saw not one another, neither rose any from his place for three days: but all the children of Israel had light in their dwellings. Exodus 10:23
As I write this letter, we are living in the COVID-19 days. Reports show that not just hundreds, but many thousands of people on the face of the earth have lost their lives. But it did not touch us, and we trust it will not, because we are under the protecting care of the Lord; Praise the Lord! I hope that all of our dear ones will be in the safest care of God Almighty.
Here in India we are also under the grip of a lockdown and things like that. As an aged man, the rules will not allow me to go and visit our people. We do have the online prayer meetings among almost 35 families, including new believers. I thank the Lord, these are very good days for me. Our church services are also in individual homes, but they attend enthusiastically. Glory to His Name! Many, many people come to me with illnesses and ask me to pray for them, also some demon possessed non-Christians come to me. I do pray and many of them, by God’s grace, have improved. I am very happy that God can use me this way. Praise be to His Holy Name. Our dear medical students, who came to the Lord, are safe and glad to read the Bible. They also keep in touch with me. I am able to help them to grow in the Lord, and keep strong in their faith. I especially pray for them, that they may shine more and more as godly examples among the other medical students.
We had less rain this year, when other states of India are flooded. Yet we had some rain and the whole Christian compound is covered with green grass. Evangelist Sadhana is also very helpful to me. I do pray for our IBPFM and for the progress of its worldwide ministry. May the Lord bring forth many more souls to His Kingdom.
When I see this COVID-19 and worldwide natural disasters, I strongly feel that the Lord Jesus Christ will soon appear in the clouds, Hallelujah! May I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all my beloved donors, well-wishers and prayer warriors. Be assured that that your reward will be great when the role is called up yonder. May our Good and Gracious God keep you all under His Mighty Wings. Maranatha! Let us continue in prayer for each other until His glorious return.
Yours ever, from His Vineyard,
M.J. Eapen
